Thermal Shock System

The Thermal Shock System,is aimed to provide Hot and Cold (temp) shocks to the engine(coolant gallery). There are three cycles to supply coolant to the engine. One of them is Hot, another is Cold and the third is CCS(Coolant through Coolant Conditioning System). These cycles can be defined (for duration, temp & sequence) and programmed by Control Panel.

In Hot cycle, hot coolant from Hot Seizure Module of the system is circulated through the engine.

In Cold cycle, cold/chilled coolant from Cold Seizure Module of the system is circulated through the engine.

In CCS cycle, coolant from CCS at intermediate temperature (maintained by CCS) is circulated through the engine & return from engine goes to coolant conditioning system.
